Cincinnati, Ohio, April 27, 2017 — Today, Advanced Energy Economy Institute (AEE Institute) convened a discussion with Ohio’s leading commercial and industrial energy managers, efficiency program and service providers, city officials, and thought leaders to share their experiences implementing effective energy efficiency programs. Midwest Public Utility Commission Staff Gather to Discuss Distribution System Planning for a Modern Electricity Grid

Annapolis, Md., April 6, 2017 — Today Advanced Energy Economy (AEE) released the following statement applauding enactment of Senate Bill 184 into law. The bill passed by the legislature last week extends the EmPOWER Maryland energy efficiency program through 2023, a program that has saved state electricity customers more than $4 billion from 2008-2015, according to a recent Maryland's Public Service Commission report. Gov. Hogan allowed the bill to become law without his signature as of today.

Annapolis, Md., March 28, 2017 – Twenty-three Maryland employers and four trade associations sent a letter today to Gov. Larry Hogan, urging him to sign legislation that would extend Maryland’s EmPOWER energy efficiency programs.
