The SNL Financial article quoted Malcolm Woolf on the Clean Power Plan’s initiative to develop renewable energy resources for the electrical grid:

"Our economists view this as a $20 billion annual market opportunity," Malcolm Woolf, senior vice president of policy and government affairs at Advanced Energy Economy, said Nov. 16 at Solar Focus 2015. "If you're going to decarbonize the grid, we're going to have to keep the lights on somehow; the way we're going to do it is by deploying advanced energy technologies like solar."
