Americans for Prosperity in Florida, a Koch-funded group, claimed that U.S. Representative Patrick Murphy's support of the Clean Power Plan would raise homowners' utility bills by $500. Politifact checked it out using many sources, including AEE's data, and found the statement to be "mostly false." From the article:
