The panel featured Dawn Lippert of the Energy Excelerator and Hawaii Clean Energy Initiative Advisory Board, Elisabeth Brinton of California utility PG&E, and Graham Richard from Advanced Energy Economy discussed new kinds of relationships and partnerships in order to faciliate this vision.
