The Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA) has compiled a list of the top ten solar utilities in America in 2013. The rankings are based on how many new megawatts of solar utilities were built in 2013 and how many megawatts per customer were installed. The listed utilities accounted for 82 percent of all new solar capacity in 2013 with California’s Pacific Gas and Electric Company being the top new builder.
