WASHINGTON, D.C., Jan. 23, 2019 – Today national business group Advanced Energy Economy (AEE) announced it has appointed Allison Ingram as senior vice president for finance and operations, effective Feb. 11. She will be based in the business group’s Washington office.
Allison comes to AEE with executive financial management experience, most recently as the director of finance, administration, and operations for the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), which serves 29,000 members. Previously, she was vice president of finance and administration for the National Society of Accountants.
In 2017, she received the Association CFO of the Year award from Association Trendsfor her work at SAME. A Certified Public Accountant, Allison started her career as an auditor at Arthur Anderson, and later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, as manager of professional services business operations. She earned her Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the College of William and Mary.“We are thrilled to have a seasoned financial executive join our team at a pivotal time for expanding our policy impact on both the federal and state level,” said AEE CEO Nat Kreamer. “Allison brings impressive financial and operational management expertise to the AEE team as we work to scale the $200 billion U.S. advanced energy industry.”
Allison will transition to assume duties now managed by Liz Gilchrist, who is moving on to new opportunities as of Feb. 15. Also, effective this week, Senior Vice President of Policy Malcolm Woolf will become an advisor, as AEE transitions the way we manage and deliver our professional services of advocacy and education.
