On Feb. 19 2019, Advanced Energy Economy announced it had filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in support of petitions brought by 17 states, the District of Columbia, and others challenging the Environmental Protection Administration’s proposed rollback greenhouse gas emissions standards for light-duty vehicles.
