Staples, which is based in Framingham, MA, has partnered with SunEdison f to install a 685 kilowatt solar installation. The company, which has installed more than 35 solar arrays nationwide, said renewable energy would help reach its goals. The Boston Globe reports:
“The installation brings the company’s use of solar power to a total of nearly 14 megawatts across its operations nationally, which is equivalent to powering nearly 1,800 average US homes for one year,” Staples said in a press release.
